I called them on a Saturday night and not only did I get to speak with someone on the first ring, they sent me an estimate and were ready to come fix my Tango Trailer. A neighbor, who lives and breaths RVs happened to come by and fixed our rig, but I was so impressed with this company's professionalism that I wanted to give them a great review!

We needed a mobile RV mechanic for an issue we were having with our coach. 911 RV Repair came to the rescue. Although they weren’t actually able to diagnose our issue because we were locked out of our storage garage, 911 RV showed patience and understanding after driving quite a distance to our RV location. We were so impressed with their professionalism in this most uncomfortable situation. We would like to recommend this company based solely on their professional attitudes as well as making us feel like the customer truly is put in first place. RC saved our behinds when our Airstream suddenly started experiencing unexpected sway on the freeway in Southern California. He was able to quickly identify (and repair) the root cause issue between our tow vehicle and the Weight Distribution Hitch which was a huge stress relief!! I highly recommend this business if you need mobile emergency repair service in the Inland Empire area.
