Randi was great. It's sweltering hot in Redwood City and our AC stopped cooling the air. We did a little troubleshooting on our own, then called Randi. He was able to squeeze us in for a quick repair to the capacitor in the air conditioner unit. Fast, reliable and great to work with. Highly recommend!

Our AC decided to stop cooling this past holiday weekend. You know, the weekend where it was 97-96 outside and around 86 inside our house. I asked Nextdoor for a referral and Randi's wife provided the info. I spoke with Randi Tuesday AM after the holiday, and even though he was booked that day sent his son out to take a look that afternoon. Brad was very competent, kind and thorough. Diagnosed the issue, fixed the leak, added coolant and recharged the system. Took about 1.5 hours and their fee was what you might expect for the Bay Area. I called Randy when my A/C stopped working. He came the next day at the scheduled time after a 15 minute call ahead. Randy diagnosed my A/C unit as too old to be repaired (it was installed in the 1960's) and he recommended replacing and gave me a contact. To my surprise, he did not charge me for a service call. I appreciated his honesty and promptness.
