The service I received when working with BAC was excellent. All of the staff that I interacted with were amazing! I did have to reach out to BAC more than I expected as I was not contacted when services were completed.
My son Lee died suddenly and I didn’t know who to call as I’m in another state. I found Bay Area Cremations on line. They returned my call almost immediately and “took me by the hand” guiding me through the process. Julie has been so helpful and caring as have all the staff.
