Jeff is, without a doubt, the nicest and most honest technician I have ever used. We hired him several years ago to fix our (very old) AC, and he was very reasonably priced and got the job done quickly. Since then, I have called him at least once a summer when something with our AC acts up. He always calls me back and talks me through a few things to troubleshoot the problem. So far, his suggestions have always worked and we haven’t needed him to return. He would never take advantage of anyone or recommend a service that wasn’t totallynecessary. Highly recommend calling for all your AC needs!

Since then, I have called him at least once a summer when something with our AC acts up. He always calls me back and talks me through a few things to troubleshoot the problem. We bought a new AC unit from JL Cantrell a few years ago, and last night, when it's the hottest it's been all summer, our AC went out. Of course, that's apparently in the book of rules, just at the most opportune time, right? So, my husband texted Jeff, with the company and he responded first thing this morning and actually came out to the house before noon and replaced the faulty capacitor AT NO CHARGE!!! who does this anymore?? This is reminiscent of the 'old fashioned' service you'd hear about from your grandparents! It seems unheard of today and I'm so impressed!
