I had the most amazing experience ever with Charlotte. I came in for a shampoo and style for a photo shoot I had that day, and I was a little nervous not really knowing exactly what I wanted. I showed her some pictures of some ideas I had and gave her free reign from there. Not only did she crush my hairstyle, but she went a step further by touching up my eyebrows (totally not included in the service I had booked with her) that my makeup girl had missed. Love Shear Heaven (Ottawa, 240 Sparks), especially their esthetician, Aneta Ifram. I have enjoyed both salon treatment and too many to mention esthetics treatments with Aneta - who is the best eyebrow technician in the city! I would not trust anyone else to touch my brows, she is the best! Aneta also provides soothing and non-evasive facials that leave me relaxed and looking my very best. Thanks Aneta for all that you have done for me....you are the best!

Nicole did an amazing job on my hair, she always does! She listens to her clients and offers great suggestions for hair color and styles. The salon is beautiful, clean and relaxing!
