Worst experience ever. Don't send your loves one there. My dad went there and let's just say he didn't stay. Amy and the other woman that picked my dad up from home was horrible. My dad didn't have the respect he should have gotten.
PLEASE READ! The last memory of my father... I open the casket to put a special token in his pocket and my Dad was wrapped in plastic, and still in the clothes he died in! I was in absolute shock to see him that way and I told Amy ( one of the staff) that this is unacceptable, where are the clothes I sent? All she said was the body didn't show up with clothes ! My dad PRE -PAID all expensive and received absolutely no end of life care! He paid for bathing, casketing, and cosmetics and got NOTHING! It's pretty obvious that these people don not care for your loved ones! My DAD GOT CRAMMED INTO A BOX AND THEY CLOSED THE LID!!! How do you sleep at night?
They did a awesome job. I couldnt asked for better they helped me with my Dads funeral 25 years ago. And now with my Mom i worked with Kate to make the plans for my Mom and im so thankful it turned out so nice.
