Outrageous pricing! Items should be looked at before charging same for category. A gown and summer cotton shift should not be same. Awful conversation w owner. Just try to justify, not customer friendly Never go back
As far as service is concerned, my clothes came out wonderful. My issue is their prices and structure. They charge $15 per item even if one item is a jacket and then the other 7 items are crop tops. Mostly tank top; crop tops to be even more specific. So for 8 items total, we paid $125. Then, this was more of a personal annoyance but on the jacket they buttoned up the front buttons but then left the wrist unbuttoned
