For our first visit all the office staff as well as the Dentist were pleasant and too the time to really explain my granddaughters dental needs. Excellent first impression all the way across the board thank you so much!!!
First dental visit for my 2 year old! Staff was very friendly. Explained the whole process throughout. Made me feel comfortable that my daughter is being taken care of by wonderful people.
When my children first started going here, the staff was wonderful. Now it seems more and more are rude. Some not greeting parents. Others with a straight up attitude. A doctor even disrespected one of the staff (I guess she was a floater) in front of me and my children instead of taking her in a room to speak to her. I’ll be looking into moving locations in hopes to be serviced by people who kinder.
