I have just finished working with Pedro Gonzalez at Cindy Fernandez Group and the experience was great. Pedro is a great hustler and problem solver, getting down and dirty when he needs to (he literally got down and dirty, helping with a plumbing issue!). He was communicative during the whole process from start to finish and was a joy to work with. As a real estate investor with much experience working with realtors, I would recommend Pedro. I have been working with Stephanie Cervantes to find a house in Visalia. It has been a great experience working with Stephanie who knows the area very well and did a great job helping us find the neighborhood we decided on.
