Mrs Stephanie is really kind, has years of experience, styles to please the customer and creates a friendly environment. She explained things, took her time and delivered a great product. She can customize a wig for you, she can install a wig you bring, she can do it all. She specializes in hair loss as well. My husband and I love this style. I will definitely be back

Found this gem while searching super last minute for my first ever weave / wig install. I was used to tape in, micro bead . Itip extensions etc and it had my natural hair so thin and I hated it so bad . My hair has always been such a big deal to me , I reached out to Steph and she responded back via text , she was very polite and knowledgeable . She was able to squeeze me in , I was blowing her phone up asking 100000 questions because I had never had this done before lmao, I might have drove her crazy but she still kept her cool and took me thank god lmao, but she was super sweet and nothing but great vibes . We did the full braid back, with a wig install .... I AM OBSESSED .. my natural hair could never look like this lol I'm so glad I'm able to have my hair look so nice while letting my natural hair heal and grow. I'm so thankful I found Stephanie and feel like I will be a client for life , thank you for bringing my confidence back ** tear tear . Customer service was amazing , booking was easy, service was perfect , vibes were chill & comfortable . The wig was a bit pricy; but you get what you pay for and this hair is beautiful! Stephanie custom colored it for me and it couldn't have looked more natural and beautiful ! Thank you for making me feel so comfortable and confident in trusting you! I 20/10 recomend this hair magician of a woman! I already can't wait to buy another wig and have that one installed hahah. You guys this woman knows her stuff ! This was my first time ever getting a wig installed, and I didnt know to much about to be honest. I had called out of curiosity and Steph was heart warming and welcoming. She took me in last minute and made sure I was being taught about it and how it all works. She was patient and genuine. She made me feel so confident and was so sincere when it came down to me liking it. She just might have created a bad habit for me to want to have this done for when I don't wanna die my hair. Thank you and keep blessing these people with your skills.
