I'm saddened by the fact that Jim retired earlier this year. I had spent over 15 years with Pease Tax and found them to be a great partner. The biggest disappointment is the new owner (aardvark.tax). Zero communicates, zero customer service and to top it off if you provide feedback to help them better their service they drop you as a customer. Guess it's a wonderful problem to have too many customers that you can treat them badly. Feedback is a gift. Especially from a 15 year customer.
