From the start I could tell that Adkins was a professional. He was on time, personable, and listened carefully to what I needed. Then, when he understood what my requirements were, he made his recommendations. There wasn’t any pressure, and he didn’t waste my time trying to upsell me on additional services or products that I didn’t want or need. In my experience, professionals like Adkins usually come at a premium, so I was pleasantly surprised when his bids were some of the most competitive. Had our rooftop package unit replaced by Bay Energy Solutions 08/08/2023. Professional and a pleasant experience working with Adkins. He was responsive to any questions / concerns which made for an easy transaction / install. I would highly recommend Bay Energy Solutions if your someone who needs help servicing / replacing your HVAC system.
If you want that old school service, someone that will repair your unit if it can be repaired and not just take the opportunity to tell you that you need to replace it, this is the place to call. Great people with great service!!
