Our AC broke down in the hottest week. Vic at Johnny's came on time as promised. I like that it is a local family business. He knows his AC. I like that he started by troubleshooting and doing the cheapest thinks first. He wasn't trying to overcharge me. He trained me on filters, which was helpful, and found the bad part and replaced it immediately. I would use them again anytime!

Without going into details, I would like to qualify my comments by saying that I have an extensive background in maintenance and construction. Johnny's A/C has done a number of jobs for me and my acquaintances over the last 8 years, all of which were done on schedule and flawlessly. I can say flawless because I personally inspect every inch of their jobs. If Vic is the tech that responds to your service call, consider yourself fortunate: he is the best diagnostic a/c mechanic I have ever seen.Bob RossServices: HVAC system repair

Vic is very knowledgeable. Honest and most importantly caring. My heat started acting out at my house for about 6 days. I called 2 different company for a service call. They came, gave 2 different opinions (one says is the board that will take weeks to get it, the other said it's my ducts) on how to repair and presented both scenarios as expensive and not reliable. Both of them suggested replacing the whole system. They still charged their service fee along with their estimate. I figure might as well call Johnny's Air Conditioning for a free estimate as they are pretty local to me.
