I cannot remember how I found Dr. Goddard (google maybe) BUT we are SO thankful we did. Dr. Goddard was very professional and interested in helping us, took time for a thorough evaluation and her website and web services are outstanding. She has followed up her suggestions with valuable education in taking care of the skin. I recommend her services highly!

I tried signing up for this service and I guess I didn't read the fine print that it's only available if you live in CA. I paid the $30 initiation fee. I then realized I'm not allowed to participate in the service because I live in CO. I have reached out over 2 weeks ago to ask to a refund and I've haven't heard back. I checked with my CC to dispute the charge, since they don't return my messages. I see that I was actually charged 3 times for the initiation fee. Please be very careful doing business with this service, read the fine print and check your credit card statement for overcharges.

Use this online service! You won't be disappointed. Caring doctor, takes the time to understand your issue and her web services are outstanding and easy to use. If you are unsure about seeing a doctor online, don't be. The time Dr Goddard spent with us in the initial consultation and then again in a future follow up, was way easier and more thorough than a dermatologist my son had seen locally. She's absolutely worth 5 stars!
