The pedicure was ok but overpriced. The staff was unfriendly and rather than communicating with customers they spoke Vietnamese to each other, doubt if they could understand me very well. Service was rushed and no personal care or interest was taken. Seemed like they were in financial difficulty. It seemed difficult for them to make eye contact with any of the customers. I will never go back to QV nails!Service: Pedicures

I'm generously giving this place 2 stars! That gal ruined my time of pampering when she nipped me! In the corner on my little toe next to my pinky toe! Uggg! Yep! And there was blood! I definitely flinched letting her know if she got me she didn't really seem too concerned and I played it down because I really wanted to finish and get out of there! And to be honest? Of all the nail spas I've been to I've never had such an "unfriendly" lady give me a pedicure? I tried to chat it up with her she just wasn't into it. She seemed a little rushed, a little distracted,...? Its been 5 days since my pedi and my toe is still inflamed! I absolutely do not recommend this nail salon! full review

no... just no. felt very rushed and forgotten about. sat in foils to get previous gel on for over 30 minutes and none of my nails were shaped or filed to the same length and could we have went for another coat to fill in the color. i'm not picky but this was bad.
