I gave Kaiser Air Conditioning 5 stars because they’re service. Jennifer was very professional, helpful and responsive when checking our warranty and scheduling a service technician to come out and look at our system.Marlon was our service technician and he was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. My husband like to understand what the problem is, what our options are and how it’s being fixed. Marlon was very polite, courteous and explained what he was doing so my husband felt comfortable. The pricing was very reasonable and we would defiantly use them again.Service: HVAC system repair

Heater ran for 8 hrs when we weren,t home. Afraid of fire. Checked circuit board,operation, did maintainance, installed new thermostat. Seems fine now. Mario and Jack were great.Services: Install thermostat
