My friends have been telling me about cryotherapy for a while but I just recently decided to try it. I found this lovely spot in Oxnard and I can’t get enough! Its incredible how much whole body Cryo has helped my joint pain and inflammation, I love the infrared sauna afterward, and am hooked on the Cryo facials. My skin is glowing all the time now! And if you’ve been living in pain like I have for years, it’s not a small victory to be pain free for weeks at a time! I’ll be a member for life at this place. It’s so clean and smells amazing. The staff is friendly and the location is prime! Big fan of this place to say the least.

I have been dealing with shoulder pain for quite some time and decided to try full body cryotherapy at Cryo Wellness Spa and Grace as recommended by my acupuncturist. I was a bit hesitant at first, but I am so glad I gave it a try.When I arrived at the spa, I was warmly greeted by the staff who made me feel comfortable right away. Due to a severe cervical spinal injury and surgery, I had gained weight and was unable to exercise. Cryo treatment at the Cryo Wellness Spa allowed me to get back to being active and back to my own body. I am now back to where I was pre-injury and am able to keep healing quicker than expected thanks to the cryo treatments. As an extra bonus, cryo treatments have worked wonders for my migraines without the need for medications.
