This company has been amazing to work with. The woman who answers the phone is extremely helpful and has been quick with scheduling service. Chris, the repairman was extremely polite and knowledgeable and had our hot water heater fixed quickly. I highly recommended this company!

My guest bathroom toilet started making a whistling sound when flushing and I started to suspect the fill valve. I called Serve Rite Plumbing & Rooter and they picked up right away. I describe the issue and the type of toilet I had and received a quote. The next day I had a service technician arrive to replace the parts inside my toilet tank. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the issue. He knew that since I have hard-water in my area the toilet parts can degrade over time. He took a few minutes to replace the parts in my toilet tank and the sound problem was no longer an issue. Definitely would use this service again, thanks for the help!
