I called Guardian Roofing a week after the recent huge rain storm in Southern California as two areas on my ceilings showed a leak scar. With another rain storm due, Justin juggled his schedule, kept in touch giving me his cell number and had two fantastic workers on my roof promptly, Oscar and Eldon lead by Ernesto, before the predicted storm. At the completion of the work, they were loading their truck and I went inside only to hear noise on the roof; I looked out my window and they were back up sweeping my entire roof and cleaning debris from my gutter covers! During this last heavy rain I noticed that my furnace exhaust pipe was dripping rainwater down into my garage and I wanted to get this fixed as soon as possible, during this short break, before the next big rain event that is expected this weekend. I was looking for roofing contractors last week and was able to schedule Guardian Roofs to come out yesterday. I’m very thankful that they sent Mario to come out for inspection. He looked up to the roof in my garage where the vent pipes were located and noticed that daylight was coming in from both roof exhaust pipes (one coming from the furnace and the other from water heater). From beginning to end it was an easy process. Estimator was thorough and answered all my questions. Quote was fair and less than some other estimates. Roofer Alex was friendly, hard working and did quality work. Cleanup each day was great. Job was completed in timely manner. Very pleased with completed roof. Roofer worked hard and took pride in his work. I would recommend Guardian to anyone in need of a roof. Office staff were as also helpful before and after job.Services: Roof installation
