Paul was an absolutely amazing! He came to evaluate the damages from a home insurance claim I made. He did an assessment of our roof and provided a balanced, informartive, pragmatic, and detailed review of the potential areas of improvement and ways to get it done. His feedback and advice was honest, and he left me feeling empowered to make an informed decision on my roofing needs. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything, and even provided candid recommendations on how I could move forward with general roof maintainance and repairs. Very professional and responsive! They have been extremely helpful with SB 721 deck inspections and helping us through the process. Reasonably priced compared to other companies, and the customer service is excellent. Ev, John, and Paul are the best!
