Before my hair was a copper red balayage, but over the summer after swimming in the pool all summer, the pool stripped my copper hair to a funky brass and orange hair (see picture) After not doing my hair for about a year because life got so busy and we were moving, I found Lorena, and she was absolutely super personable, and so nice! I was excited to finally get this brass out of my hair, and I texted her a picture of a couple options, and we decided on chocolate with light brown/red dimensions! She was absolutely professional, and super reassuring about the whole process, she made sure we always had fresh bleach every time we did a layer of my hair, and she made sure to check on my hair every time I was under the dryer, she even washed my hair twice, to get the product out, and she did an amazing job at cutting and styling my hair.
