Nick is the best...(professional, transparent, skilled and honest). He completed all our plumbing and water heater repairs. It's nice to know they back up their work, and provide a detailed invoice, and along with pictures of completed work. Prices were lowest when getting a (free) quote.
Alex did a great job. He was able to replace the overflow drain pipe, gasket and cover plate on our bathtub in about an hour. He was professional, calling me ahead of time with an eta for his arrival. I've been a loyal customer of Mr Roger's plumbing for years, and his plumbers never disappointed me. Highly recommend!
This company saved us from a MAJOR issue. We rent our property as a vacation rental. On a weekend we found that our water heater was leaking, which was a huge issue for our business and our house. I called around to multiple companies. Mr. Rogers answered our immediately AND a representative was on-site within the hour. Our rep - Arnie - was excellent. He quickly diagnosed the situation and provided us with options. He worked with us through the process of calling the warranty company and extracting / returning / replacing the broken water heater.
