miri is the best! she has such deep knowledge of her work and has held a deeply safe & supportive space for me to heal. i don't think you'll find a better cst, and i'm so glad i found her. my healing journey has been so much quicker because of her! thank you miri!

This is the first time I went to Miri. I received a craniosacral session as a graduation gift from dear friends. It was less than a week after all the craziness of finishing my cumulative master's project and the ceremonies. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect gift. Miri is talented, intuitive, and has such a peaceful disposition. I have received a variety of bodywork modalities over the years and I found this work deeply healing. I left feeling light, grounded, and hopeful. And, I feel ready to move forward with my next adventure. I love my friends and I am so grateful for this gift. I highly recommend Miri and recommend her to anyone looking for craniosacral work!

Just went to Miri for my second CST appointment... and I can't say enough about how life changing it has been. I started going due to some rather indescribable pressure around my ears that I had seen several doctors for and Miri was the first to actually understand the issue... and seriously helped! I'm an ongoing patient now, highly recommend Miri. She is skilled, kind, patient and very much seems to care about my well being.

I offer Craniosacral Therapy, a light touch modality that aims to remove both physical and emotional blockages from your body. I like to describe it as "talk therapy for the body" because we listen to what your body is saying instead of your mind. Most of my clients are people who tried talk therapy but eventually craved a somatic modality. It is an excellent modality for relieving daily stress and also for people suffering from chronic pain/ headaches/anxiety/depression/PTSD/autoimmune diseases/TMJ/digestive issues/post concussion syndrome.
