This place messed up my prescription twice!! Then refused to repair them after I paid more that $400.00 to purchased them, out of pocket!!
My eyes kept watering and the glasses were giving me a head ache. The optometrist said that they were too strong. The technician measured the lenses but she kept pushing them up my the bridge of my nose. I told her twice that I don't wear my glasses that high. I also told her that I have a bump on my bridge and I wear my glasses below that bump! She went ahead and measured them to HER liking. When they came back the bifocals we're to low. Doctor here are good, but front desk and the rest of the staff are rude and unhelpful at all, specifically when you want you to wake up an appointment.The doctors are good but the rest of the workers are rude and never want to help. Add to that the fact that making an appointment is chaos!

Allow me to share with you my extreme disappointment with this eye care facility. At my 1st initial pickup of my glasses turned out to be a disaster, the left lens had a big chip on the right corner, the entire edges on the same lens was razor sharp, they did not grind/smooth out the edge, lens was not properly fitted on the frame, it was not on the same plane as the right lens and barely strapped onto the frame. Second time pickup was even worse, they did not replaced the broken chipped lens, instead they just grind down the chipped corner to nothing and mount the same lens back into the frame!!! a lens with a missing corner!!! Just unbelievable and was dismayed none the less. The 1st person insisted that my glasses is good and that the sharp edges is normal, never once did she admits that anything is incorrect about my glasses, I told her to relate all the defects and errors that are on my glasses to the lab technician and that they should understand and should have them repaired. During the 2nd pickup appointment, the man told me that my insurance doesn't cover the smooth out edges, I told him I'm quite sure it's a normal procedure and if it wasn't, why would they have done that to the right lens?!!! He didn't have a answer for me. I told him if I come to pickup the 3rd time and the same lens in still the same? I will be forced to file a complain with the BBB. Last week I picked up my glasses, that's my 4th trip there since my August 1st appointment, they did replace the lens but both the mounting of the lens and grinding on the edges for both lens is something less than desirable to say the least. I will not be back nor would I recommend this facility to anyone who wish to get glasses. Extremely disappointed.
