I was practicing yoga for almost 10 years when a teacher at another studio suggested I become a teacher myself. She raved about True Flow Yoga and how holistic and powerful Brynn's teaching style and program is, and she didn't lie. I was lucky enough to take her 200hr teacher training and graduate in December of 2023, and I'm telling you, it really did change my life. I would take this teacher training every year if I could. It was a life changing experience that helped me not only improve in yoga, my ability to teach, and overall confidence but also helped me develop better personal habits to relieve anxiety and stress in my daily life. Brynn went above and beyond as our teacher and the amount of care she put into each class was incredible. Despite my huge fear of public speaking I felt ready to teach by the end of our training and am still teaching regularly over two years later.
