Just had my first facial in Skin Laundry at Fashion Island location and was very impressed by their customer service and professionalism! They were very helpful and answered all my concerns. For the price, they should include under the jawline, especially for those who don’t want the neck and chest, just the head. Also, if everyone has the same negative reaction to a portion of the treatment, change the protocol. Also, let people know in advance that everyone you’ve treated has had the same reaction.
