I went in on a Wednesday at 2:30pm after trying to call and phone was disconnected. After looking at the reviews and photos I saw it said walk ins welcome. I drove there only for the owner to tell me it's by appointment only and that she was finishing her client and then leaving. I told her I only needed a trim and she said you can come back tomorrow... so which one is it appointment or not?? Definitely not going back.

Where do I start. I went there based on reviews. When I got there I questioned my decision because of their sanitary conditions. The sink that I got my hair washed in had mold. But I was too far in to leave. There was one woman sitting with her legs propped up and playing on her phone the entire time. The woman who cut my hair asked to see the picture of what I wanted (a bob cut) 6 times. My hair was past my breast. And instead of brushing it, she cut all the tangles out. She finally cut my hair short and she used some kind of feathering tool to cut it, so it was all uneven. Then she used an electric clippers to line the back and cut my neck. I asked her if she knew what she was doing and she said “Yes I've been doing this for 40 years!†I wanted to leave so badly but I figured she knew what she was doing. While she was cutting she used a brush from a “soiled†bin. My hair is such a mess and uneven that I have to wait until it grows out to get it fixed by a professional. This place is the absolute worst and I would not consider them professional and I would never recommend them. My hair went from being really long to all types of chopped and short. I regret not leaving after seeing their sanitary conditions.
