Sport Clips Haircuts of Murrieta - Vineyard East

Received a great haircut from Leah back in December and meant to leave a review then. Glad I waited, because she came through big time last month. My daughter was excited for the third haircut of her life, but unfortunately the place she went to for the first two cancelled twice day of. I didn't have the heart to disappoint her again, and had delayed my own haircut until we could have a same day cut, so after researching unsuccessfully into kids cuts, I called Sport Clips and Leah answered. My son and I visited the SportClips located on Clinton Keith Road in Murrieta, California at 6:10 pm. We used the phone application to reserve our appointment time around 5:45. The store was well-maintained, clean, and operational managed well. Alondra was pleasant, friendly, and immediately greeted us. Alondra cut my son Koa's hair. She took the time to ensure that he was prioritized, and the haircut experience was not rushed.Alisha (Area Manager) went out of her way to acknowledge me while she was attending to another client and while I waited for my name to be called up. Having just moved to Murrieta, and regularly visited the Sports Clips where we used to live, my son and I were pleased that there is a Sports Clips near where we live now. Overall, it was a great experience; though we did have a little bit of a hiccup with the stylist we had signed up with originally, which the manager, Alisha stepped in, explained, addressed, and squared away (a little while later, the original stylist came and genuinely apologized).
