Tom was great. He got back to me right away and referred me to his hardware guy, Diego. Diego saw me within a half an hour. He saved me a ton of time and money by diagnosing why my laptop wouldn't charge. Also, I brought in a new battery and asked him if I should have it replaced. He was very honest. He diagnosed my current battery and said it still had probably another year or two of life yet, so it wasn't necessary for them to replace it yet. I really appreciated that.

I’ve used these guys twice and I’m pretty good with Mac’s, but I ran into issues that I couldn’t solve alone. They were very helpful and responsive. In both cases I was able to get going quickly even on a weekend!
