About a year ago, I tried to book an appointment here and it was a hot mess (phone just rang and rang during business hours without being answered, online appointment scheduling wasn't working, I finally just showed up and told them about the phone problem. They said the phones were fine until I proved it to them by calling with my cell in front of them! Then they admitted they needed to fix the problem. They told me to use the online system which wasn't working, so I just walked out). Heather is the best stylist in there. I have never had anyone explain my haircut so well to me she is also great with kids I have just found my new barber . Her MVP service is to die for! She gives the most amazing service!
This location had a problem with staffing for a long while, but today there were four stylists working. Booking ahead through the Sports Clips website is a must as the queue is long due to very few men's hair places in Morgan Hill.
