Jerry & crew once again came through on what was a small job (a partial bathroom update). I went directly to them due to the wonderful experience I had with my kitchen renovation 5 years ago. Although this was a smaller project compared to much of their business, I felt appreciated as a customer. Laura and Jerry are knowledgeable, helpful & terrific to work with. Jerry and his crew have been such a pleasure to work with. Jerry is professional, very open and honest and does everything to make sure everything gets done correctly and to your satisfaction. He and his wonderful crew did a bathroom remodel a year ago that came out fantastic! Barring a few back orders beyond his control, everything was done timely, efficiently and flawless. If I *thought there was a mistake, he was quick to address it and make efforts to correct it (but he was ALWAYS respectful and RIGHT in the end, so I've learned to just trust his expertise!!).
