I felt cheated and they weren't honest, I told her I didn't want my natural nails cut and she. Filed them all the way down. Even after I told her not to clipp my nails to make them even, I got gel and manicure, and she told the other person after cutting the nails many times this length is medium but she cut them to short and wanted to charge for a medium length. They weren't done well at all. No one understood English except for one person and there were 4 people none of them understood English at all. I didn't get what I paid for so I was disappointed.
I had the most relaxing time getting a pedicure today. Marc didn’t try to make small talk he just did his job and I appreciate that. I was able to enjoy the chair massage and the pedicure. Marc paid attention to detail when it came to painting my nails and he did an amazing job massaging my legs and feet.
The prices at First Impressions are reasonable and it doesn’t have a strong nail product smell like other salons in the area.
Got my nails done here recently. The man that did them seemed to not have much experience doing nails. I had two fake tips added to my gel manicure. Those fake tips were sealed with thick dip powder and looked so bad. Another lady came and saw and helped him fix my nails as best she could. The gel French tips I got were crooked too. I was disappointed because I used to love coming here. Heard they changed management. Will not be coming back to this salon. Gave 2 stars because after asking, I received a 10% discount for the inconveniences.
