Wow! That is all i can say about my hair. I was blessed to be hooked up with Carrie as she transitioned to her new "home" at Gail's Salon (located at the Travelodge near the Monterey fairgrounds). She was so warm and friendly. Easy to discuss what I wanted. She listens and most importantly SHE DELIVERS! She is super skilled and talented. I showed her a pic of what i wanted in a cut, then in a color and she gave me the best result. My hair is a big chore for any stylist and her pricing was super reasonable. She is now my new hairstylist as i transition to living full time in Monterey.

Beauty by the sea is A Very nice and friendly environment, Carrie has 35 years of experience and is continually upgrading her techniques and styles keeping in touch with the latest trends. She is concerned about her clients different styles and needs. She has a great line of products for different hair needs. she is children friendly and has a great attitude with all her clients. I highly recommend her experience and expertise and friendly environment at her salon on Solidad Street in Monterey above layers.
