“We had the pleasure of having Paul and his team demo and install our new laminate floors and couldn't be happier. From start to finish Paul was professional and courteous. Paul was great in having the ability to show up on a timely manner for a quote. The biggest thing that stood out to me was that he was patient and took his time to answer and address every question I had (I asked a lot). These floors are of great value and we hope they will last is for years to come. Every morning I would get a text from him regarding his eta and his whole crew is hard working and get to work right away upon arrival. They were very respectful of the work space and definitely operate with much attention to detail. You can tell once you meet Paul that he is professional, genuine and truly loves what he does which clearly reflects in his workmanship. “Outstanding experience with Verand and his sales person! They provided multiple diagrams of various floor designs were considering, no high pressure to buy. Decided to have them install a new checkeboard floor and ceiling lift. The installation gentlemen arrived early and worked diligently all day to complete a terrific job! I can't count the time that David spent with me on the phone. I live far but was having a hard time finding a place that has a selection of samples for vinyl flooring. When I called, Carreras, they sympathized with me and spent time trying to understand what I was looking for. Since it's a long drive for me, David has the manufacture send me samples to my house . He didn't charge as long as he wasn't being charged .
His knowledge, honesty and patience is so much appreciated.

My house was originally bought with carpet in the dining room, living room and hallway that needed replacement. We knew that under the carpet we had cracks and would need to be repaired as well as tile installation. Ricardo came to assess our floor, gave us an honest answer to all our questions and explained in detail what would need to be done to correct the issues throughout the house. He showed up exactly the time he told us, cleaned up any evidence of his work and was always very polite. His attention to detail is truly his gift. Our new porcelain tile floor was not an easy task with 6'x24' tiles to work with but Ricardo made our home look Amazing!! He placed tile in our kitchen, dinning and living room, hallway and one room.
