I've been going here for many years. Everyone in the office has always been awesome. I used to see Patty, but I've been going to Kristen since Patty left. Kristen just picked up where Patty left off. She includes me in my health decisions. I never have to wait a long time to get into my appointment, and my messages are always responded to in a timely fashion. The shot clinics at MFA are very well done. I've always gotten in and out very quickly.

I saw Gina Broussard. My first get to know you kind of appointment. Assuming I'd have to come back to get my other needs and referrals taken care of. She WAS WONDERFUL, I was so nervous, she sat down talked to me at eye level. Made every referral, every xray, blood work, every what ever request that I needed in one appointment. (Believe me I had a lot of needs) I am in my fifties and I have several medical problems and I have seen so many doctors never have I been as impressed as I woz with Gina she is a nurse practitioner but I highly recommend if you need a new doctor to see her!

The Dr is great, took my baby here for newborn check up took a long time but tolerable I was already bias since I didn't like the 13th st MFA from my previous child but figured since that was 4 years ago I'd try this one. The second visit she got immunizations took 45 mins for dr to get in the room ok no biggie it is a drs office but I don't understand why it would take another 35 mins for a nurse to come in and give the shots. My baby had a vaccine reaction to all 3 sites the vaccine was given, red swollen and hard lumps for 10 days, I could see maybe one site but not all 3. Ended up making her next appointment with a different facility and she received the same exact vaccines and had no reaction what so ever. My guess would be the way they were administered but what do I know.
