this was my third visit to Western Dental off Newport in Menifee. each time service was outstanding from checking in to checking out after seeing the dentist. It has been a while since I was in a dentists chair so I was a bit nervous, but I was made comfortable and reassurance from the time I came in to the time I left, I am so happy I decided to go and got rid of my anxiety and apprehension after several years. Nothing to the numbing is easy and everything after that was a piece of cake for me thank you west for your professionalism and your care for your patients.
It is both my son and I visited this dental clinic first time and met Dr. Nguyen. She is very friendly , thorough, and knowledgeable in explaining and informing me what needs to be done with my dental procedures. In addition, one of the staff member Crystal is also friendly and took care of our paperwork and next appointment. The clinic is very clean and the dental equipment are very new. I 100% recommends this dental office for your dental care.
I came into this location as a new patient. I am usual very uncomfortable and afraid at the dentist office but the staff here explained everything thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable. They were quick but efficient and were clear about my care plan. I'm glad I made an appointment here.
