My daughter was referred to this place to obtain an MRI but, I have never had such a horrible experience with a health office in my life like I had with this place. Staff is so ignorant and they don't care. I have been calling everyday for the past 3 weeks to obtain a CD of the MRI but no one answers. I showed up to the office demanding a Copy of the CD and no one was available to give it to me. I asked to speak to a manager and there wasn't one on site. They said to call to speak to a manager but I said that the phones just rings and no one answers and they had the Audacity to say that's all I can say. My daughter had to stop receiving Therapy because we have not been able to obtain a copy of the results. The doctors office has not had any luck obtaining it either. Worst place ever

The staff was excellent friendly fast n professional Especially Angel I had two different types of Xrays very nice N mammogram tech was excellent I appreciate the help and service thank you so much for a pleasant visit

If you can go elsewhere do it run!!!! This location and alll of UMI suck on scheduling myself being a cancer patient i have been trying to schedule for 2 weeks no one answers here i came today Monday since no one pick up the phone not even the manager or manager assistant! Not even medical records not even operator! I came in and now i have another F week to get a call so they can schedule me ! Ridiculous!!! Useless office people!!! Multitasking is a must when working front office!!! Ridiculous Manager do your job guevona
