I'm so grateful and thankful for Lakeside. Funeral home. They did an amazing job with my sister taking care of her helping us the compassion that they had for our family. I'm just really blessed that they did an amazing job. The staff members were amazing, and I wanted to thanks all staff members from behalf of my family and myself. Especial a big thank you to Eugene. Lakeside was exceptionally helpful in helping us navigate the ins and outs of funeral planning and beyond. Everyone was kind and helpful and were able to provide exactly what we needed. My husband’s service was held at our church, and they were there to ensure everything went smoothly. Resources were offered to help us with grief, and while we didn’t require it, I noticed that there was information offered for legal and financial questions. I highly recommend Lakeside for any funeral needs you might have.

Rideout sent my husband to Lakeside Colonial without me even knowing that's where he would be. This isn't where I wanted to have him cremated but to move him to another Funeral Home would cost hundreds of dollars so I had no choice. The staff isn't very warm or compassionate; very standoffish. After confirming an appointment and arriving on time, I still had to wait 10 minutes for paperwork to be filled out which should have been done beforehand. After reviewing the death certificate they filled out, my name was misspelled through out the entire document.When I picked up the urn and death certificates from Lakeside it wasn't any different than... read full review
