“I'm really shocked to see so many negative reviews of this place. I've come here so many times, I've been here for asthma, flu, cellulitis. I have so many different issues and I've been to the ER so many times, and it's good to go to a place that is one level below the hospital just so you don't overdo it and spend 7 hours in the ER. I really liked one lady here, but I can't remember her name, she is Indian, although I really did like the whole staff here. It's not perfect, but it's good to get in and talk to somebody. I've found it very hard to figure out all my different issues with my GP in real time. I'm glad this place is here.“

“I was recently sick and needed to see my doctor, but she didn't have any appointments available for 3 1/2 weeks (not even for somebody who was currently sick). I was referred to Dr. Nourparvar by a friend who raved about him. Dr. Nourparvar made time to see me that same day and I did not have to wait long. I feel as though he truly cared about what I had to say. I did not feel like just a number, but rather, a patient of many years. He really listens to the needs of the patient and takes the time to help you understand what's going on. I now have a new doctor that I feel has my best interest at heart.“

“Urgent Care Review Only How I spent today. Sunday. Allegedly "Funday". Fun? Not so much, seriously, not so much. Three days ago my hubby complained of fatigue, left sore throat pain, left ear pain. Against my admonishment, he continued to go about his business pure pluck until it wasn't. Immediately rapid Covid tested both of us. Negative two days in a row. Hey, he breathes where I breathe. Sunday, allegedly "Funday" would it be mimosas or urgent care? The latter. He kept telling me he went to UCLA urgent care. I Yelped it. Uh huh, nothing there. Finally, he found a business card in his Rolodex for here. (Yeah, who has one of those? He does.) Since we're both in the St. Johns' Providence system, I recommended we go to urgent care here today (no forms to fill out, etc.) since at the beginning of the pandemic lock down with zero home testing available, he was sick. He went here. Was it a cold or was it Covid then? Cold. Praise be! "Call them from that Rolodex card!", I yelled to determine if care is available on Sunday. It is. M-F: 8:30AM - 7:30PM Saturday & Sunday: 10:00AM - 2:30PM (Doors promptly lock at 2:20PM). Arrived at 11:30AM. Processed and seen by noon even with a few folks ahead. Vitals (A-OK), Covid, Strep test taken, negative. GREAT doctor! Professionalism with a capital "P". Sent home with OTC med Rx and to return or contact primary physician, or EMS if symptoms worsen. P.S. Photos and videos are prohibited! Couldn't even snap a pic of the flyer saying so without getting in trouble...“

“I have used this Urgent Care Center for a few years now and just now decided to leave a review. I don't know why because I should've left one years ago. This Urgent Care is truly one of the best Urgent Care centers I've ever been to. But I was moved today by Amber Boyd, she was the most attentive front desk person that I've ever had so far in the history of me. Going to urgent cares. Now I know urgent cares are designed to be there when your doctor can't take you and you have a non-life-threatening emergency. I have enough friends in the medical profession to know you do not go to the emergency room for conjunctivitis. I know my body well enough to know when something is off and today I woke up and my eye was bothering me and I knew that I had conjunctivitis. I head to my Cedar Sinai medical urgent care center and was greeted so warmly and treated so well. The thing about the Cedar Sinai team is that my primary care physician is a Cedar Sinai doctor so all of their records are like in one place so they can see what's happening with you when you're not seeing them it's the best ever. You just log onto the app. Today, I found out that they offer virtual care which is something that I could have used and not had to have come to the Urgent Care facility. I'm gonna try that next time telehealth is the way to go anyways, the doctors there at Cedar Sinai are just amazing. Patient, kind, and knowledgeable.“

“Unfortunately been here twice in the past week.. but that's another story. Let's focus on the establishment and their services. I was greeted kindly, and efficiently. The exchange of insurance, information, and paperwork was done in a timely manner, then was led into one of the exam rooms which was clean and tidy. Nurse took vitals and basic info then the doctor came in not too long after that. Got a thorough, attentive and professional evaluation, at which point was recommended a shot. believe it or not, adults get a little nervous too and need to hold someone's hand. I was fortunate enough to have a super nice nurse and very special person there by my side, so Thank you D.S! Free parking lot is always a plus. ..and, yes.. I'll be ok :)“

“Everyone here was very nice and friendly. Be prepared to take photos of your ID and insurance card for the intake form (you'll have to scan a QR code). My only complaint is the time it took to see me. When I arrived, there was no one in waiting room. Receptionist said I was the 3rd patient of the day. After I finished the paperwork, I was brought back to a room and the assistant took my vitals etc. Once she left, it took 25 minutes for the PA to come see me. Given that there were no patients ahead of me, I don't know why the wait was so long. Clinic was clean and updated as well. I would still recommend :)“

“I’ve been a Cedars-Sinai patient since 2005 and were currently in 2024… this is the fastest urgent medical attention you can get from all U.C locations Cedars has to offer. Staff are very professional and the Doctors really ask and seem to care for ones well being. I will forever go to this location for myself and all my family until it remains open. My favorite place when really need to get seen!!! Also extremely fancy looking is always a plus ??“

“Had to come in to Cedars for stomach pain. The hospital was not crowded but there were people with serious issues going on. I had the pleasure of having nurse Lourd for assistance. The nurse was attentive, respectful, considerate and compassionate to my needs and care. There was another patient that was giving nurse Lourd a hard time, but I just kept reassuring her that she was doing an amazing job. Not only I, but other patients were thankful for her care and service to us and even the grouchy, ungrateful patient who kept injuring herself in the ER. Nurse Lourd dealt with her as gently and calmly as she could. Much respect to the nurses and doctors on the frontline taking care of our health when we manage to mess ourselves up!! ‍ doctor ‍“
