Top quality Vet office from doctors, to techs, to admin, just 4 minutes from home. So grateful. Been taking all pets there since 2012, 14 years so far, and every single doctor has been top-tier, front desk staff is warm and together, sharp on every detail, and the tech staff trustworthy when they take the animals in for treatment. I never worry. Never upsold on unneeded procedures and always presented with accurate estimate to approve and discuss before any work administered. 20 stars out of 5. Thank you WDCH team.
I must say, I don't have experience with vets so no real comparison. However, this is my first pet (cat). I've gone to this pet clinic 3 times. Each time the front desk has been extraordinarily friendly, patient and transparent in their billing. The doctor called me personally to update me on my cat. As far as I can tell comparably cheaper rates than other vets. I recommend!
My friend has had a good experience here with her pets, so I’m not sure my experience is representative, but it was bad enough to prompt a review.Pros: staff is friendly and they are very transparent about pricing. Making an appointment was easy and my emails and calls were always promptly returned.The vet I saw was a visiting vet, and she had a lovely bedside manner. My cat got poor diagnosis, unfortunately. But my initial appointment experience was very positive.Cons: my newly adopted stray tested positive for FeLV and had conjunctivitis. About $500 worth of tests were ordered to confirm the FeLV and run a panel to see what was causing the conjunctivitis. I was told... read full review
