I just want to personally thank Sam at Best West Roofing for being so kind and professional during our Bitumen flat roof replacement on our home and ADU. He literally gave me an on the spot quote that took him 5min to calculate and it was the lowest I received out of 4 quotes, which initially gave me pause. I prodded him with more questions and decided to give him a shot. And thankfully I made the right decision because he worked with his team during that awful 3-week downpour of rain to get our roof up in between the downpours, even rushing over at 7:30pm to cover our roof before an unexpected rain hit.
