Sunday morning 2/28/2023 I stopped by Palace beauty because I needed hair products, One employee was a Korean with short hair and another employee was Hispanic woman was working there. From the moment I entered, the Korean worker who stood at the register glanced up and down and looked at me like dirty looking, but after choosing a hair product, I was asking to show me a eyebrow to Korean lady, she did not answer or respond anything just said to other Hispanic worker "hey Eyebrow pencil". Her attitude look like she got very upset with me. She was rudely unkind and makes me uncomfortable while I was there.

It's quite unfriendly. If you ask something, they respond in an annoyed tone, as if it's annoying. Palace beauty is not the only one here, I recommend going to other places nearby.
