Made appt over the phone; no one told me I needed a mask, so had to walk .5mi to get one in the heat.Asked for water on the way to the room, and they forgot my request.Massage was good, however this is the dialogue I got as SOON as I approached the front desk: “Did you like the technician? Do you want to leave a tip?”I’d say some training in professionalism is needed here. Won’t be returning.
