Santiago is the best. Period. I've had him alter pants and blazers, fit a coat (including complex adjustments to the sleeves), make a skirt from a dress I didn't like -- he even made me a new dress loosely based on another dress I own (with significant improvements of his own design...his is much better!). He handles fine designer garments sensitively and understands construction like a master. Not to mention the fact that he's utterly charming, lovely, and as others have said, honest.

I was truly impressed by the service I got at the Fitting Room today. Santiago is professional and fair. I knew I was in good hands when I took in my wedding dress because he listened carefully to what I wanted and made excellent suggestions. He treated me with so much kindness and care. The place is definitely high end and fairly priced for the excellence of skill. I am sure I will have many reasons to go back to this place.
