“Our family had 2 major tasks that the JJI team helped us with. Our first major job was the removal of a huge Monterey pine tree (with approval from city to cut down a heritage tree). TheJJI team safely removed our tree and all cutting debris, limbs, etc. We asked them to return and do a second task that included the removal of some Acacia trees and vine trees at the back of our property and pruning of some of our Pittosporium trees.Again, the team safely and efficiently removed all wood cuttings and debris. “Sabino is, in a word, amazing. I called him yesterday morning about a bottlebrush tree that had split in my backyard that was dangerously close to pulling down a cable line. If anyone knows bottlebrush trees they know what a tangled mess they can be (not to mention the dust and heaven-knows-what material has rested high above in the canopy of leaves and branches). Sabino came out within an hour, assessed the issue, gave straightforward and accurate information on what was needed, and came back in an hour with another amazing person to cut down the concerning branches. They were like surgeons in how they approached the cuts, methodical and thoughtful. I want to stress this because any other way could have been disastrous with the cable line attached to other important lines. I cannot say enough about him and about this service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for tree service, emergency or otherwise.“

“With the torrent of recent rains, we had more than one tree split and fall--mostly because of they were in water-logged soil and the heavy winds proved too much for a number of our 40+ year old trees/bushes,. The quickly scheduled appointment was on a Saturday with a crew of 5 for most of the day. No more worries about branches falling on the roof after they completed the job.The desired outcome was enhancing structural integrity: Delfino Vian identified the weak trees and patiently explained the underlying problems. He had worked on our glorious 55 ft tall tree specimen a few years ago and I knew I could trust him.The team was efficient, ever most careful with the other plants, they were all polite, and, at my request, they finely chipped the branches and trees for mulch. There was no contagious pathogen, so they were OK to recycle.We are delighted with the results and the costs were very reasonable. “Sometimes you come across a person/business that restores your faith in humanity! We had a really large tree branch come crashing down onto our house in the latest storm associated with the CA atmospheric river. We asked a couple of arborists to come by to look at the situation. After talking about the situation with me and viewing pictures, Jason (Bartlett, Portola Valley) said the job could probably be done by a skilled gardener, offered instructions as to how to take the branch down safely, and added that it would probably cost a lot if we hired an arborist (including his company). He then offered to come by in the late afternoon/early evening to see it in person. When he arrived, he quickly took the branch down himself with his chain saw and left it in smaller, disposable pieces. He said there was no charge! Needless to say, we will use this company in the future for any tree needs we have and recommend that any one reading this review do likewise.“

“I had let our giant sycamore become terribly overgrown. Two of the Davies experts spent hours patiently thinning the tree from the middle outward. The weight of it's canopy has been brought back in and the beautiful shape of the branches more balanced and the tree is looking spectacular once again.“

“Brothers Service Tree Care just pruned nearly 30 trees on my property and did an outstanding job from beginning to end.The project started with a free estimate from Angel, their arborist. Compared to talking with other arborists, I felt much more confident in Angel's knowledge of trees and recommendations for their care. Angel did a great job of explaining the why behind his recommendations and walked me through how the work would be done. Angel and the front office (Monserrat) were super responsive to my follow up requests and questions before we finalized the agreement.As discussed, Angel stopped by with the crew on the day of the job slightly early to do a walk through with my wife and me to make sure our expectations were clear. In the walk through, he noted a few extra plants that needed some trimming and kindly offered to take care of those for no extra charge.Within a day, his crew did a beautiful job of topping off and thinning out a lot of overgrown trees. We had 5+ other bids, but liked how thorough Mr Kelly was, walking us through all the work required to get the job done, so we decided to with him, and we're so glad we did.
