The staff had never met before, but showed the uttermost appreciation for the business I brought them. This is a winning team. I brought the wrong product for my job, and the guy there that helped me fixed my project utilizing his own resources and humbly reject my gratuity. Amazing customer service does still happen ????

I've been here a few times for relatively minor alterations and every time it's been done accurately and on time for a fair price. I will definitely continue to come here for my alteration needs!

I needed a bridesmaid dress hemmed within a few days and he was on it! Not only did he hem the bottom but he took the time to hem the sides of my dress he felt were also needing hemming. He responded quickly and my dress came out great! Pricing was also reasonable which is a huge bonus. He is incredibly nice too!! Highly recommend!!
