Melody failed to keep my appointment up until 2 hours before, because she had an opportunity to make money with Lyft. Although she offerred another time, I asked for the balance of my prepaid massages back. Although she promised to pay me back, she refuses to do so. Her home set-up was not very comfortable or quiet and her massage was just average with a technique of having me fight against her to release my shoulder muscles. Not relaxing at all. Melody has been very unprofessional with excuses/communication by stating her personal problems for a reason not to follow through.
