I’m very happy to say that they do a great job, and don’t rush to get you out because they get busy.. I love getting champagne and the back massage as well. It’s a very pleasant experience and they have great customer service.

Even though the space is very nice, the price is too high considering their gel nails lasted less than two weeks. It's also a bit awkward that the male employee (seemingly a manager) was hovering over the female workers the whole time. It's a bit intimidating and uncomfortable to watch the dynamic.

I had orrinally been quite upset with my visit to this location. Howver after talking with the manager I learned my experience was a rare occourance and seemed really strange. They added a free manicure to my account with them which I will come back for soon. Hopefully things will go better this time around!
