It is so nice to have another fitness studio that I enjoy going to. I have taken pole and aerial yoga and both instructors are phenomenal. They really talk the poses or movements through, and are happy to help if you have any questions. Many people are intimidated by the fact of taking a pole class, it is not what you think! It is super fun, and quite the work out. Give them both a shot. You won't regret it. ? Also, the owner Julia is one of the sweetest, most down to earth person I have ever met.
I had the great pleasure of attending one of the Farm to Table dinners held at Sunburst Sanctuary. It was an absolute taste sensation, from the appetizers to the dessert. My tastebuds are still singing!
I love Blooming Energy!! Julia is one of the kindest people you will meet in the central coast. If you attend one of her classes she is so accommodating and makes sure that you feel welcomed. I had the opportunity to attend one of her farm to table dinners and it was the best meal I have had since I moved here three years ago. Her husband is an excellent chef! If you have the chance to go to one of the dinners definitely do it! I can’t wait to attend more of their events!
