I was initially going to rate them 2 stars but then I received a phone call from a manager named Emad (EEMAUD). He not only was rude but he even ended the call by saying “well I recorded this conversation so there’s no confusion about what was said”. Just ridiculous.We’ve used this company for years and one day the pool turned green. Ok. The pump stopped working. But a supervisor came over acting all defensive saying “I didn’t do it, I have no idea what happened……!” Then he disassembles our pool light and leaves it out on the ground. When I call and ask why this is they say “we don’t know, let us find out”. Now 2 weeks go by and still the light...read full review

I am so grateful for the exceptional service Anthony and Ernesto give us. The weekly service is amazing. Our pool always looks Incredible. Where they go above and beyond is anytime there's an issue, they immediately respond and jump in to help- even on the weekends. I HIGHLY recommend this company and service. Thank you Anthony and Ernesto!

Rancho Pool service Is been messing with my schedule all the time since I moved To his house. Most of the time I have to call them so they can clean the pool they're supposed to come yesterday and nobody shows i'm tired of this company so I'm calling somebody else.‍ Hi sir how are you doing can you tell me know who on the house thank you I received your Update one year later Hi sir how are you doing, Guess who owns the house now, first of all the way you response to your reviews it's not appropriate, secondly I received your service contract and I do not need your service, and last your price is too high compare with others competitors.
